– 1 cup of sliced papaya
– 2 long beans (cut into pieces)
– 6 cloves of garlic
– 3-5 chilli peppers

– 1 tablespoon of dried shrimp
– 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1⁄2 tablespoon of palm sugar
Preparation
1. Pound garlic, chilli peppers, and long beans together and season with palm sugar, fish sauce, and lemon juice.
2. Add sliced papaya, Sida tomatoes, peanuts, dried shrimps, and canned fish (only meat), and gently pound to combine.
3. Scoop up on a plate and serve with hot sticky rice.
