– 2 cans of Roza canned fish
– 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
– 1 teaspoon of kaffir lime leaves
– 1⁄2 cup of minced chicken
– 2 tablespoons of crispy flour
– 1⁄2 cup of minced pork lard
– 1 teaspoon of 40% less sodium soy sauce
– 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Knead the fish fillets and three colored vegetables with minced chicken, minced pork lard, and red curry paste so that the canned fish and three colored vegetables are attached well and add the aroma with sliced kaffir lime leaves. When they are well mixed, add the crispy flour and egg yolk and knead all the ingredients. Then, season with soy sauce, salt, sugar, and sesame oil, and mold into bite-sized pieces. After that, heat the pan with medium heat, and fry the fried fish patty with prepared oil until both sides of the fried fish patty are cooked. Next, drain the oil and place the finished dish on the plate, served with chicken sauce mixed with chopped cucumber or eat the fried fish patty alone.
