Ingredients
– 1 packet of Tteokbokki flour
– 1 can of Roza canned fish
– 2 tablespoons of Gochujang sauce
– 1 tablespoon of 40% less sodium soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– 1 tablespoon of garlic
– 1 cup of drinking water
– Slices of cheese or mozzarella cheese
– Chinese cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Preparation
1. Divide the Tteokbokki flour into 3 portion evenly.
2. Heat the pan with oil and fry garlic until fragrant when the oil starts to heat.
3. Add the Chinese cabbage and cut Tteokbokki into it and stir them until all ingredients are mixed well.
4. Add water and Gochujang sauce into it and stir until the sauce completely dissolves. Then simmer and leave for a few minutes to make the sauce, Tteokbokki, and vegetables mixed well together.
5. Put only the canned fish fillets and gently stir the fish and all ingredients together well.
6. Put slices of cheese or mozzarella cheese in the middle of the pan.
7. Wait for the cheese to start to melt, scoop it up on the plate, and ready to serve.
