Do your children like to eat Dim Sum? When talking about Dim Sum, I usually think of Chinese steamed dumplings. Oh well…the size is just right with many fillings to choose from. However, for creativity and uniqueness, I would like to recommend and share the recipe of ขนมจีบปลากระป๋อง that can guarantee that this menu is delicious with full of benefits from mackerel fish for you.

Ingredients

– 20 sheets of dumpling (cut into circles)
– 1⁄2 cup of minced pork
– 2 cans of Roza canned fish
– 1⁄2 cup of diced bamboo shoots
– 1⁄2 cup of water chestnuts
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– Little amount of white pepper
– 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

Preparation

Put cornstarch into the bowl, add the egg yolk, minced pork, canned fish without fishbones, diced bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts to it, season with sesame oil, white pepper, cornstarch, and mix well. Then put it in the freezer for 1 hour, and then take out and wrap the dumplings with 1 tablespoon of filling per 1 piece of dumpling, sprinkle water over and steam for 20 minutes, and finally serve with sour soy sauce.
