Known as "Burgers", everyone has thought that when they had eaten burger, it is useless and bad for health. However, if we know how to cook beneficial ingredients to our body, it is considered to be another healthy menu like "Roza Mini Burgers" with complete nutritional value and suitable for everyone in the family.

Ingredients

– 2 cans of Roza canned fish
– 8 buns of hamburger (cut in half evenly horizontally)
– 4 slices of cheese
– 1 head of lettuce (cut into thin strips)
– 1 cup of minced chicken
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of pepper

Preparation

Separate the fish fillets from the tomato sauce. Then mince the canned fish roughly, mix with minced chicken, and season with salt and pepper. When all the ingredients are well mixed, form into a round ball, press the middle of the meatball down to make a hole, to help prevent the burger from puffing up when frying, and heat the pan with low heat. When the oil is hot, put the prepared burger into the pan, fry until evenly cooked, and set aside to exheat. Afther that, take the burger bun with the lettuce underneath, followed by the burger filling and cheese on top, then drizzled in a small amount of Roza canned fish sauce between the burgers and arrange on a plate for being ready to serve.
