The spicy menu like Roza Canned Fish Tom Yam Macaroni with its rich sauce is seasoned into Tom Yum, which make it even more delicious. It can be served with a bite-sized fish cuts and perfectly soft macaroni noodles. This makes it suitable to be a favorite menu of every house.

Ingredients
– 2 cups of boiled macaroni
– 1 can of Roza canned fish
– 1 cup of diced tomato
– ½ cup of sliced straw mushrooms
– 1 cup of sliced Lemongrass
– 3 kaffir lime leaves
– 1 squeezed lemon (only juice)
– 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
– 1 teaspoon of crushed chilli pepper
Preparation
1. Put 2 cups of water into a pot and heat the water. When the water boils, add lemongrass, shredded kaffir lime leaves, and Roza canned fish with sauce into the pot.
2. Add the diced tomatoes and sliced straw mushrooms, season with fish sauce, and then add boiled macaroni into the pot.
3. Add squeezed fresh lemon juice and Tom Yum macaroni in Step 2 into the pot, and sprinkle with crushed chilli pepper.
