2 cans of Roza canned fish
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of roasted rice
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
Spring onion/marsh mint/shallot (optional)
– Cut canned fish into bite-sized pieces.
– Mix fish sauce, sugar, and lemon juice, and chilli powder. together
– Put the canned fish into the bowl used for making salad and cook it with sliced shallot, coriander, marsh mint, and roasted rice.
– Decorate the dish with vegetables.
