Ohayo! Today, I would like to invite you to make the menu "Roza Okonomiyaki" that contains benefits of mackerel. I would say that this menu is very easy to do and delicious in Japanese pizza style.

Ingredients

– 1 cup of wheat flour
– 1 can of Roza canned fish
– 1⁄2 cup of shredded cabbage
– 1⁄2 cup of shredded carrots
– 1 egg
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 5 and 1⁄2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
– 1 tablespoon of tamarind juice
– 5 and 1⁄2 tablespoons of sour sauce
– 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
– Dried fish for sprinkling
– Mayonnaise for sprinkling

Preparation

Let’s start with making Okonomiyaki sauce first. Pour Roza tomato sauce, sugar, tamarind juice, sour sauce, and salt into a pot to boil and stir them for about 10 minutes. When the sauce starts to become sticky, scoop it up into the bowl and set aside.
Now let’s make pizza.
Break the egg into the bowl and beat it until the yolk and white are homogeneous, followed by wheat flour and then add cold water, blend it with flour together, followed by cabbage and carrots to combine all the ingredients together again. Afther that, add the canned fish fillets to mix gently to make all the ingredients together and prevent the fish fillets from being too crushed. Then pour the ingredients on a flat pan with medium heat to form a circled sheet, and fry one side at a time until cooked. Scoop up the plate topped with prepared Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, and sprinkle dried fish.
