Procedures:
- Cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 minutes
or until it gets soft.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium
heat.
- Stir in tuna and add half cup of hot water and
chicken broth. Keep stirring.
- When water is boiled, add flour, white wine, and
whip cream. Keep stirring using high speed.
- Turn down the stove to low heat, then add cooked
macaroni and keep stirring until all ingredients
are well mixed.
- Ready to serve. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese if you
like.

Hints:
White wine and whipping cream can be left out for a low-fat
recipe or for cost saving.
