Tuna Macaroni (Cream Sauce)

 


 

 

Procedures:

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 minutes or until it gets soft.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in tuna and add half cup of hot water and chicken broth. Keep stirring.
  4. When water is boiled, add flour, white wine, and whip cream. Keep stirring using high speed.
  5. Turn down the stove to low heat, then add cooked macaroni and keep stirring until all ingredients are well mixed.
  6. Ready to serve. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese if you like.

Hints:

White wine and whipping cream can be left out for a low-fat recipe or for cost saving.
