Direction for tofu
- Cut tofu into cube, size 2 x 2 cm.
- Heat up oil with medium heat.
- Deep fried tofu until crisp at the outside (golden brown)
Direction for gravy (topping)
- Stir fry ground pork in saucepan.
- Add black pepper sauce and mix well.
- Increase heat and add chopped onion. Stir well until cooked.
- Pour gravy on top of fried tofu.
- Serve with steamed rice, or vegetable.
