Spare-ribs roasted with black pepper sauce

 

 

Procedures:

  1. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in large pot
  2. Stir fry Spare-ribs for 3 minutes, and followed by Black pepper sauce and stir well.
  3. Add pork stock or water until cover spare ribs.
  4. Reduce to low heat, place the cover, and let it simmer for half an hour or until spare rib get tendered.
  5. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
  6. Serve with steamed vegetable, baked potato, or steamed rice.
