- Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in large pot
- Stir fry Spare-ribs for 3 minutes, and followed by Black pepper sauce and stir well.
- Add pork stock or water until cover spare ribs.
- Reduce to low heat, place the cover, and let it simmer for half an hour or until spare rib get tendered.
- Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Serve with steamed vegetable, baked potato, or steamed rice.
